Piaget G0A33078 wrist watches news:
Alright guys...let's show some GMT pride! Let's see those photos of your GMT Master I, II, or IIc watches!!!!Here's my first 16710 GMT Master II which was a Y series:I had it for a couple of years, and sold it...regretting it later. A couple of years ago I ended up getting a RARE stick marker dial 16710 with the 3186 movement inside. I love this watch....it's a fantastic travel partner for me:This is a watch I love inside and out! Time to "fly the flag" guys...let's see those GMTs!!!!
Okay, so I deal in watches on a part time basis, and I too marvel at a watch that is literally brand-new, in the box, every tag, paper, bit of plastic still on But I often think that if you have such a watch and if you intend to keep it that way- never wear it. Don't even display it. Because no matter how careful you are- a trained eye can tell if its been worn or touched. Its like I tell my dad (a fellow WIS and car enthusiast) when we see a revered car with zero miles on the clock "Sure it's nice, but what are you going to do with it? You can't drive it at this point..." So a person comes in to pick up a new watch. Seemed like a nice enough guy- so, I asked to see his Sub. He took it off his wrist and happily gave it to me. Beautiful Sub, but I honestly felt embarrassed for him. He kept every bit of plastic on it. I mean, not just the case plastic (which I'll admit, I did for the first two weeks I got my GMT Master II) every piece of plastic! It was disgusting! Because if you
Hello everyone, first time posting. Got my first mechanical watch today. The SKX007, was very exited to get this watch. I order it on Amazon and when it arrived I was very disappointed. Their something that looks like hair or dust inside the watch. Im returning the watch and I'm hesitant in ordering another. I'm considering the Orient Ray but I surf and dive and had my mind set in the SKX becaus of this. Should I reorder or order a Ray. I loved the look of the SKX hated the bracelet. What do you think? Hi lads,I currently have a 15400 in black. Before I got this a few years ago, I was actually considering between this and a 15202 - but the reason why I went for the 15400 was because of the lack of second hand on 15202 and also because the 15202 does not feature screw-in crown. But then in terms of fit and dial design, I think 15202 is just so mesmerising, although I genuinely think in terms of the movement design, the 3120 is better looking and certainly more 'functional' than the 2121Anyway, my question is - is it justifiable to own both 15202 and 15400 simultaneously? Opinions please gents!
I've recently stumbled across the Pam 384, what a beautiful looking watch! I'm very intrigued! Does anyone have/had one that can tell me about it. The Good, the bad and the ugly...Thanks all!
