I just picked up this Benrus automatic and I'm trying to identify it. I can't find anything on the net. Thanks. uploadfromtaptalk1344125638343.jpgSent from my DROID RAZR using Tapatalk 2
Feel free to comment on where you are on this scale. STAGE 1: You're walking by the window of a store you never noticed before and you are frozen in your tracks. Lo & behold, there's a watch calling you that you MUST have. Whether you buy it or not right then is irrelevant. Whether you even can afford it is of no consequence. You just got infected. Resistance is futile.STAGE 2: You start researching your new obsession. You realize there is MUCH more to this than you expected, and several brands are striking your fancy and deserve a look at the local AD. You justify multiple watches by saying it's perfectly acceptable to own a separate watch for certain occasions. As a matter of fact, you NEED a different watch for dress, casual outings, and puttering around the garden/basement/garage/marina. STAGE 3: As your collection grows you find accessories become necessities. You are no longer content to put your babies in the sock drawer so a case and/or winder (or combination) is
HI, this was from my grandma, and I want to know some information about the watch, what is it worth? I have chipped crystal, little mark @58.25 minutes, the hands gold platting is fading, maybe 10 seconds slow per day, loose band, serial # ?(?623XXX?), is this the original diamond face? what should I do with the watch? thanks
GentlemenI have a 15400 blue dial which I am now seriously thinking of selling and then upgrading to a 15202. The reason being that the 15400 is simply not my daily go-to watch as I had hoped. It's slightly big and uncomfortable. I work in the office and wear a suit on my days and am looking for a timepiece that can wear on a daily basis. The choices are:1. Sell the 15400 and Upgrade to a 15202; or2. Keep 15400 and buy a Ingenieur automatic blue laureus. Some pics of my collection attached. I also include a photo of the iwc laureus. Does anyone use the 15202 as a daily office wear? Which of the two options would you go for? Any other recommendations?
