Need Advice Re: Vintage Mechanical Hamilton Watches's Durability/Maintainence
I've been eying vintage Hamilton watches for the past 5 years and am now seriously considering a purchase, however I'm worried that the nature of my work will cause undue pressure to the watch (I do factory work and constantly move my hands). Can any one clarify if constant/excessive hand movement will negatively affect the watch's mechanics? Also, if a vintage watch isn't suitable for wear at work would a modern automatic be okay? I've I'm also interested in some modern watches but the vintage ones are much cooler.

Gevril or GV2? I don't know Is it possible it's fake? You know I can buy a fake automatic self-wind Rolex in china at $10 easily. and it works very well. Ordered a dark tabacco desert alligator strap from Di Stefano for my Radomir 210 ... Which i was wearing on a black alligator from TWB .... Now the strap arrived yesterday and also it smells great and is butter soft ... I like the look and structure of the TWB strap better .... I now fitted it on my 372 ...What do you think?I regret i bought it ... Will it grow on me?
