It seems we've had a few recent purchases of Longines watches. So let's see who's on the "brand"wagon, whether modern or vintage. I'll start with my 3 from the 60's:
Hi, this is my first post, i'm looking for some advice..I recently had a Boss watch that had a Miyota OS20 movement, it cost ?400. I had problems with time-keeping and the alignment of the subdials, so after 2 replacements I packed it in and got a full refund.I am now interested in buying this Rotary watchbut it looks like it also uses the OS20 movement. Should I trust this movement again, perhaps rotary have made better use of it than Boss?I am also tempted by this victorinox however, and the fact that it is swiss made. Will the ETA movement be more reliable than the miyota?Any help would be appreciated, thanks
Here's some pics I just took of my Tag F1 Grand date. Tissot V8 and Glycine Incursore...Thanks for looking.
