Seiko SNKK65 wrist watches news:
I would like to clean my own Rolex. Which is the best liquid I should use?georgemitev:
Is there an option for removing scratches from gold plated center links on a SS bracelet? I've got my hands on some Cape Cod cloths, and had thought about lightly using them, but am hesitant to do so. I'm not sure how deep Invicta goes with their plating. Here's the watch...I'm also torn between using the CC cloths to polish the links on either side of the gold portion, or brushing them with a Scotch Brite pad. Suggestions would be much appreciated.
Hey everybody. While my 15300 is off at the AP service center, I was thinking about their refinishing service. Along with my free repair they offered to do a refinishing of case and bracelet for around $200. I think I'm going to decline this option since it is in pretty good shape, but it got me thinking about it anyway. When AP does the refinish, will it take some of the awesome sharp edges off or is AP so good that it really will look like new. I have heard that you can only polish a royal oak 3-4 times, so is the difference visible after every polish? Interested to hear from others who have had this service done. Thanks!Justin
I see the crazy prices on these. One dealer wants 47K. I am thinking now may be the time to sell. Not lose money. A first for me. Any thoughts.
Hey guys, just wanted to share my recently restored OQ since I really haven't seen many pictures of fully restored OQ's online. It was in pretty rough shape when I bought it a couple months back. I sent it to ABC Watchwerks and Alex did a great job making the case and bracelet like new. I even got some dents repaired with laser welding. Looks even better in person than in picturesBefore:[IMG][url=https://flic.kr/p/RiBJfR][IMG][url=https://flic.kr/p/RfYE6L]After[IMG][IMG][url=https://flic.kr/p/RiBJh4][IMG][url=https://flic.kr/p/RfYE77]
