Spitfire lume question
I'm new to the forum and I have a question:Does the stuff inside of the numbers on the Spitfire line glow? I'm specifically looking at the chronograph (3717), with the white dial. I've looked around quite a bit but I couldn't find a lume shot.I know Rolex has a watch (the Explorer 1) which looks like it has lume inside of the numbers but actually doesn't. Maybe I'm obsessive, but that kinda ruins it for me.I'm thinking of getting that watch on a bracelet for daily wear, possibly even used, but I can't afford it at the moment.Thanks...

15400ST blue dial
Just wondering if any of you own a 15400ST blue dial and if it is rare or if there is a wait list for it. I understand that it is boutique only and the closest one to me is in NYC. Trying to decide between that or a 15202. I like the size of the 15450 but it only comes with a silver dial.

In house or not?
Is a watch having in house movement a plus, a must or you don't care?Some of the most seemed and valuable watches don't have in house movements, most highly collectable Pams don't and just have ETA, the AP Jumbo has a JLC base movement, the Patek 5970 and 5070 have Lemania base movements, it doesn't mean that in house the movement will be better, some great watches have non in house movements.So for me if a watch's movement is not in house it's absolutely not a deal breaker, but I do prefer one which does have it as for me an in-house movement means that the manufacture has reached a certain level in the horological art and is capable of making their own watches from A to Z without any outside help.I know that usually when people start to be interested in watches if they go for pieces 5K and up it's obligatory to have the in house movement, but more experienced watch lovers understand that it's just a part of the process and that even if the brands get movements from other companies th

Breitling Steel bracelet question
I have never really looked at Breitling before but saw a 42 mm Marine blue Superocean dive watch from a distance on a Stainless steel bracelet that I thought was beautiful. I have always been a Rolex person. Anyway, I am inclined to order one online but was wondering about the bracelet. Is there a self adjustment mechanism on the bracelet similar to the Glidelock on the Submariner or the Easy link on say the Yachtmaster? If the bracelet is too big or small is it easy to adjust or do you need to take it to the jeweler? I have never seen one in the flesh. If it is hard to adjust i may just get it on a rubber strap. Also, what should I expect to pay for one? thanks for your help to all of you who love and wear Breitling watches :)
