- A very nice, basic watch. Looks good. Very readable. I sent it to my daughter at music camp. She plays harp and can't wear a watch on her wrist while she's playing. This watch is a great, inexpensive solution. She loves it!

Seiko SRP364 wrist watches news:
Not that Cadence is the last brand I would have guessed may release a timepiece like this, but the sport watch brand wasn't HIGH on the list. For those needing a bold reminder when it is blaze hour, Cadence offers up the 4:20 watch. A pretty simple minimalistic design with baton hour markers and hands, save for a bold Arabic numeral indicator at 4:20. Actually, the indicator is at 4 o'clock, but when the hour and minute hand are touching it - the time will be 4:20.The explanation they give for the watch is rather amusing: "If you think 4:20 is the most important time of day, this watch is for you. If you have no idea why 4:20 is a special time of day, there is nothing here for you."Growing up in California I know exactly what it means - and it isn't tea time. It is marijuana smoking time - for those so inclined. Now you have a pretty subtle watch you can wear with a suit, but one that you can stare at and also have a daily reminder of your daily habit. Price for the Cadence 4:20 watch
This is a watch that is a long time coming.? In fact, we'd bet most of you thought this watch already existed.? It didn't, until this Basel World.? What it is is a 42mm El Primero with the traditional Zenith Tri-Color dial.? It is just an awesome looking watch with a wonderful in-house high-beat chronograph movement that has thousands of fans the world over.? 2 OF 5 The reason we're venturing to say that most people already thought this watch existed is because there were (and are) quite a few models from Zenith that look very much like it.? In fact, you can have the exact same watch in 38mm (released in 2011)?, the same dial with a slightly different case, the same watch with a different dial, or most famously, you can have the all but similar dial AND 42mm case in the limited edition Striking Tenth watch, which features a modified El Primero that allows for 1/10th of a second timing (a watch we featured in a full Week On The Wrist review here).? 3 OF 5 In
Hey peeps,I've been thinking about getting one of these Seamaster Chronostops quite some time now. First I liked the Geneves but since my wrist is quite large (7.5) I'd raher prefer the Seamaster version. Now I've checked the prices on the most obvious place and the prices are just sky high BIN$1850, $2500 BINOBO, $1168 BINOBO there's even one for $3800 BIN......so I was very excited when I came across one for $750BIN. Now as far as my research went I think that's pretty much a fair price for it, the above mentioned prices are waaay over estimated. or not?share your thought with me guys, shall I pull the triggy on this one for 700bucks or does this look fishy?thanks for your thoughts and thanks for reading!
There is listed on "the bay" right now a watch that is purported to be a:RARE 70'S KING SEIKO KS HI-BEAT SILVER DIAL MANUAL WIND MAN'SThe description says: MOVEMENT : Manual wind Movement, sign SEIKO, 25 JEWELS No.4500A.The listing also includes a picture clearly showing a manual wind movement. The seller also specifically states:"I can guarantee all my watches authentic and original."There is only one problem. Here is a picture of the dial /face:Notice anything odd??? Like, right under the word "SEIKO?" LOL!Could this be a big mistake by the Seiko factory - a true rarity!Or is something amiss?
Any one here own one?Curious about your impressions. This brand is really under the WTF radar.
