- This is an absolutely beautiful watch and great value. My only concern is that I find it very difficult to read the time. The coloring of the dial makes it blend in with the hands and almost impossible to read.

Seiko SKY736 wrist watches news:
This is a guest post written by Aaron Sigmond, a watch and luxury journalist who is also the editor and content curator of Mechanics of Style. MoS is a lifestyle magazine produced by Swiss watch maker Girrard-Perregaux to complement the lifestyle of the average Girard-Perregaux watch owner. Currently on Mechanics of Style there is a contest where you can win a Girard-Perregaux Golden Bridge Pen, we suggest you check it out.MOST OF LIFE¡¯S big questions boil down to ¡°Who are we, and what are we doing here?¡± Inevitably, any new publication, in any medium, must offer an answer, and that¡¯s just what Girard-Perregaux¡¯s Mechanics of Style ¡ª a digital journal for the modern gentleman, covering everything in life that accompanies a fine wristwatch ¡ª attempts to do.Start with the ¡°we.¡± Many years ago ¡ª long before I could truly appreciate a Girard-Perregaux, or anything that remotely approached its standards of craftsmanship ¡ª I coined a phrase: ¡°Because style never goes out of fashion.¡± Redunda
Hey guys !I am in need of a VERY durable sport watch. Most of you who know me know that I am an antique watch guy and most of my collection is 80-95 years old, not very practical for Summer time activities such as swimming, biking, fishing, snorkeling, rouged trail hiking. I'm thinking about maybe a higher end G-Shock perhaps. Any other watches I should also be looking at? Thanks!
Happy new year. Still wearing the new Orange Monster!Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
A friend of mine used to be a Horologist and had a box of watches I was checking out and said pick three. So I ended up with these I cant find any information on the Jubilee watch and I have searching Google so I figured I post here. I really like the layered lug on the Bulova but she stopped working one day bulova.jpgjubilee.jpgwaltham.jpg
I'm 6'3 tall, about 240 lbs with a 7 and a smidge inch wrist. My daily wear watch for the past 7 years has been a Seiko 6309. I want to buy my first Rolex to be my 24/7 everyday watch. I like the look of the older 36mm Explorers (like the 5500), but I've had a couple people say they think it would look to small on me. I'm a police officer and would wear the watch at work. I don't like the garish giant watch look, but I'm used to the size of the Seiko. I'd likely end up putting the Rolex on a rubber strap at some point (my preference). Thoughts?
