- Very eye catching. It stated it was 6 3/4 inches but it is loose on my wrist. More like 7 or 7 1/4 inches.

Girard Perregaux 80180-11-113-11A wrist watches news:
I am new to the forum and to Hamilton. I posted my first thread a week ago about wanting to buy a Khaki King. Well I ended up with a Navy GMT and so far I'm really enjoying the watch. It has a black dial and a black rubber strap and it's very comfortable....probably the most comfortable watch I've ever worn. The watch seems to be very well made, but on the lighter side compared to my Tag 6000....most likely due to the rubber strap vs a metal one. I really like the 42mm size, it's perfect for my 7" wrist. So far the watch keeps good time. It's lost about 7 seconds in 7 days. My Tag would be about 4 minutes slow by now, so this is a welcomed change in accuracy. Glad I found this site and stumbled onto the Hamilton brand.Sorry I don't have a camera at the moment to post a picture. I'll try to post one in the near future.Greg

I have a Cold War Era USSR Military watch. Right now, it is running -/+5 a day. And that's in minutes not seconds. While the watch is not worth much, I would like to have it restored, to as close as original as possible. At one time, Providence Watch Hospital had a stellar reputation for fixing watches of any make and model, however, looking online, it appears they are no longer in business. Does anyone have any recommendations?
Hey guy's and gals just wanted to know if you buy watches or watch related items after Christmas and if you do how much do you usually spend and where do you buy them. Sorry if this sounds rude.
