- This watch is more beautiful in person. The crystal work is very nice and is sparkly, but understated at the same time. My boss at work gave me a compliment on this watch, and he never compliments anything. Need I say more.

Seiko SUP213 wrist watches news:
Hi, after looking at numerous websites I finally stumbled on this one. I'm trying to find out some information on this watch. I do remember it belonged to my grandfather, who passed away in the early 70's. He was in the US Coast Guard in the 30's or around that time, then played the piano in a jazz big band after that. He was a pretty neat guy. I can't get this watch open, and its very hard to make out Hamilton on it, but I was finally able to after a little cleaning. Its not running, but it might be able to if I was to take it to a jewler.. if it was worth it. Any ideas about the possible year/ value of this ? It feels pretty heavy for a pocket watch and has a chain. Not sure if its silver, white gold, or neither. thanks in advance!
I've been to some of the sponsors' websites, and found some interesting stuff. I'm looking for something pretty specific, though, and am wondering if there's a list of the sponsors that deal in vintage watches. Actually, I don't recall if any of the sites where I saw vintage watches were sponsors or not...I'm looking for an inexpensive (under $400?) vintage watch, probably self wind, probably with no date, probably leather band. I know that's a lot of probably. It will see occasional use as a dress watch, which is why I'm thinking manual wind with no date. That way I can just wind it when I want to wear it, set the time, and go, without worrying about a.m. or p.m. or a date. Besides, I usually know what day it is, and whether it is a.m. or p.m.There is one watch I'd consider going out of my budget and description for, but I can only say that it's a watch I saw when I was about 19 years old (I'm 46 now, so it obviously made an impression.) It was an Omega Seamaster that had a sta
I stopped by the mall today to get a watch fix, and discovered Tourneau has pulled out of Michigan!! Now what am I going to do? I still have a Montblanc, and they just added an Omega store to the mall, but I'm really going to miss the fun of browsing through Tourneau. I suppose it's partly my fault, I haven't bought a watch from them for several years, and then it was a used stainless Rolexmaybe if I'd gone for something with a bit more bling they'd have stayed around.
I've got tiny wrists (6 inches) and the deployment buckle is the only thing that stops me wearing this 24/7... how much would I be looking at to replace it with a pin buckle & strap?
HelloI am interested in acquiring a pre-owned Rolex 116613 in this 2018. This watch was presented in 2008 and I suppose it will have had some improvements (it is a guess only) and I would like if you guys can tell me if there were any of those improvements and in what year it was so that at the time of my search I know which year It would have to be to at least have the most modern model. I guess the quote will vary for that reason despite being a used watch. What I know is that in 2010 the series begin to be random and that there were some changes in the models that come with the color blue (there is one that is called Smurf). I also seemed to see in some comments from the past (although I am not sure) that most of you are inclined to the blue. Anyway ... everything that can advise me is welcome. I'm not decided by the color but I guess the main thing is to find a watch that I dressed in perfect condition and with all the papersI hope that the shortage that exists now of 116610 and th
