- Watch looks good and gets lots of compliments from the ladies... simple and sexy design, the watch feels heavy (but not overly so) with a large bezel around the face. Nixon is one of the best brands for watches hands down.

Seiko SUT054 wrist watches news:
HiI'm hoping to purchase the automatic version of the Seamaster watch (UK RRP £2,300) in Leeds within the next few weeks (still haven't decided on black or blue, but thats for me to worry about!!).Through work I can purchase Goldsmiths or Ernest Jones vouchers for less than the face value (90% of value for Goldsmiths, 84% of the value for Ernest Jones).I can use the Goldsmiths vouchers online, this means I **may** also qualify for Quidco (I appreciate that its not guaranteed) at 15% of the VAT free price (i.e. 15% of £1,840).Based on this I have crudely worked out that the Seamaster through goldsmiths online would cost me just under £1,800.This was my preferred method, but I would appreciate advice on the potential instore discount I could get with Ernest Jones (the vouchers with EJ are paper, and therefore can not be used online). If the instore discount is likely to be greater than c7% then the EJ route would be cheaper (although I have no real track record of negotiating with shop s
Let's get the basic facts out first:1. Been posting here two years and four months.2. In that time have accumulated +100 vintage Hamiltons.3. Have inevitably had to endure poor internet because of where I work.3. However, have managed to record every new arrival at my PhotoBucket account - despite the less than pedestrian speed of the link.4. Have recorded each purchase in an electronic text (".txt") document. And now the problem I've faced for the entire time. Refer point 3 above. Sometimes (like tonight) my connection is so bad PhotoBucket won't open before the server times out so I can't access my account if I want to post an image. It just dawned on me. Why would I not simply copy the image code from Photobucket into my .txt record for each watch?????????? So, whenever I wanted to add a pic to a post all I'd have to do is copy the html tag from my records.Over the past two years this would have saved me hours and permitted me to post more pics to illustrate a point - or contr

Fourth edition of the VERSUS post/picture. What is VERSUS? Well, I thought it would be fun to compare two watches (and only those two watches) and discuss pros/cons by outlining the differences and getting folks' ideas/thoughts/opinions on TRF. We got folks here that have been collecting and studying these things for decades all the way to those who are just starting to venture into the crazy world of Rolex (and everyone in between). Therefore, it would be fun and educational! For this edition, we have a watch famous for being in the depths of the ocean and a watch famous for reaching the highest peak in the world.
