Seiko SUP089 wrist watches news:
(Last December, we published this article by Eric Wind – now a part of the team at Christie's New York – on buying watches on eBay. His observations are as relevant now as ever, and he gave us some of the best advice we'd seen on how to get your feet wet in vintage watches without taking a bath. It’s the secret sauce of my weekly What’s Selling Where columns and today I am unveiling the recipe for you. Did I just overhype this? Probably, but here it goes anyways.Wisdom for Buying a Vintage Watch on eBayThere is no question that eBay can be the best venue for finding fresh-to-market vintage pieces at good prices. Last week Jack wrote about the new Piaget Emperador Coussin XL 700P, Piaget’s major new release at SIHH 2016. In addition to this crazy skeletonized hybrid electromechanical watch, Piaget released some major women’s watches as well. The automatic winding movement has a 42-hour power reserve, minutes, hours, center seconds, and the moon-phase
If a warranty certificate is ever lost, or if a consumer purchases a pre-owned watch, will Rolex generate a new certificate?
Does anyone know if IWC ever made watch movements for Vintage Cartier watches? thanks
. . . before it disappeared. I don't like the current offerings as well. The date between the 4 and the 5 just looks odd to me. But hey, that's just me. After all, tastes vary. I wonder why they keep moving the date around on the Speedmaster. There must be a reason . . . I hope it's not just because of marketing. Sorry about the relfection. I took the photo outdoor early last March before we got our recent soaking here in Southern California.
