Swatch SUOG107 wrist watches news:
I've been wearing this Christmas gift to myself for two days now and I'm quite pleased with it. I've not been fond of dress watches this size, but this watch is so nice and such a bargain that it's winning me over. Just looking at it, it's easy for me to forget that it's not a "luxury" watch. It certainly has a nice feel to it and it's precision seems to be within COSC at this time. We'll know better in a few more days.
I'm heading for eastern Europe shortly, any eastern block watchliness I should keep an eye out for? Probably gonna go hunting for some well priced Soviet timepieces in flea markets and such.
About a week or so ago I posted a thread about pocket watch fobs. Today my buddy at work brought in his watch for me to look at. I took some notes on it and will take and post som pics tomorrow. Here's what I found on it. It has gorgeous etch work on the movement, Serial #s match from the case to the two case backs. On the outer case back is the word "PHOENIX"Inside the inner case back is a script L2682On the movent the following can be seen: America Waltham Watch Co.Safety Pinion 8564232I believe the watch is gold but not real sure. It looks to be a nice watcheven with the missing crystal. ANybody know anything about these?
Greetings!Just picked up a 15400ST with the black dial and I absolutely love the watch but having a tough time finding the perfect fit for the bracelet....if I take out 3 links, it's too tight, with only 2 out, it's too loose. Anyone else have this issue?
Is it really limited edition of 200? I'm considering white vs. blue diver. Love the blue one but the fact that the white one is LE makes me lean towards it for a better resale value. Of course white strap would be swapped with the navy one from day one.Adding a poll as well.
