In the timepiece industry, a certain amount of secrecy and distance are a way of life, with many of the brands we so frequently cover offering little more than carefully worded press releases and the occasional loaner for review. While we certainly take whatever we can get, it is a rare occasion that we are afforded the opportunity to explore a brand and their products from the inside. New to AP Club
Finally got my dream watch today,AP 15400. My watch journey is fairly recent,coming from Tags and Omega,logical next step would have been Rolex until ironically I came across TRF.I was introduced to the whole new world of Haute Horology. Hello fellow UK'ers,I am buying a new yellow gold Daytona for my fiancee, Ref 115208.I have found one in EU from an AD for the equivalent of ?24,100This is obviously a little lower than the ?25,500 list price in the UK - but if it is a good deal depends what sort of discount UK ADs are doing these days? I know about 6-12 months ago 10% was easily achievable, but is that still the case given the current state of things?Thanks for any advice, hoping to get a deal done!RJ
