- I ordered this online so I haven't gotten the extra links taken out to actually wear it but it's super cute. The band width is a little thinner than I expected but I don't really mind. I can't wait to wear it!

TAG Heuer CAS2111.FC6292 wrist watches news:
In Dowling and Hess's "The Best of Time - Rolex Wristwatches" they state that Hans Wilsdorf and Alfred Davis first met in Wilsdorf's solicitor's club in London. Does anyone know what club that was?
Just picked this one up on the 'Bay:The price ended up being so cheap for a running grade 207 with nice engraving that I went for it despite the questionable dial.Does anyone know if the Andover came with an enamel dial? Hands look to be of the correct type.Only other Andover I could find was this one:img.auctiva/imgdata/1/2/8...86060631_o.jpgimg.auctiva/imgdata/1/2/8...86060702_o.jpgimg.auctiva/imgdata/1/2/8...86060717_o.jpgCase type number of "215" and "J. Milhenning, Inc." matches on both watches. Case and movement serials are within 100 as wellments are certainly welcome!gatorcpa
I finally found a plain cushion cased Hamilton that I could afford. It of course comes with the requisit problems and questions. First the pictures so you can think as I go along.First: condition issues I can handle. The movement is only good for parts but I have a couple of others in better shape as replacements. The dial and hands I can live with after some cleanup. The crystal has a chip but doesn't hurt the readability for now.Second: I am hoping that a forum member has a case boneyard and can sell me a useable back to complete the case. The bezel is good with one little spot of wearthru on the bottom right corner. I could also use a source for a crown. I have one that fits OK but it's yellow gold. Questions: I have seen cushions with and without the crown sunken into the side. Are these different models or just different years?I can't find any references to the 987F movements in the catalogs or in production numbers (Just a few comments that the F indicated a switch to friction fi
Hi WTFersJust got this baby on Friday Check it outdoxawatches/sub750_sharkhunter.htmIt's big at almost 45mm, but once it's on the wrist, it's very comfortable.I read a lot about Doxa, but never got around to buying one Now I'm glad I did and I'm already thinking about my next one.The bracelet is nice, but I have mine on the rubber strap.Kind regardsBob:D
Has anyone ever seen this dial with Swiss_Made before?Curious to know if anyone has any information on this. If it's unique or not unique at all. Thank you.
