- He's very conservative, the color is great the quality is there. He wears it almost everyday so I feel it was a great buy for a very picky man.

As many know, Swatch Group owns quite a few brands. They own...Breguet Blancpain Glash¨¹tte Original Jaquet Droz L¨¦on Hatot Omega TiffanyLongines Rado Union Glash¨¹tteTissot ck watch & jewelry Certina Balmain Mido HamiltonEnduraSwatch and Flik FlakNow, my question is this.....which other watch company would you like to see Swatch group 'swoop up' before one of the other big watch houses get them? For me the answer is simple......BREITLING
So Last Saturday my AP ROO RC arrived. I got a wild hair from reading this forum that I really wanted an AP, after more research I decided on the RC as it really fit my style was 42mm and in the lower price bracket for AP. I have NEVER seen an AP in real life so I had a number of questions and I wanted to trade a Rolex that no longer sees much wrist time so I needed some guidance. I started the journey by contacting a few sellers here on the forum, all where helpful but based on the offerings we could not make a deal. Jacob (Deep-House) was referred to me by a friend and was the most helpful. Jacob did not have a RC in my price range but felt he could find an appropriate piece, about 3 weeks later he sent me a text on a RC he just took in and we made a deal. I shipped my Rolex and made a wire transfer, this was my first transaction of this type and because I could find no reviews on Jacob here I would not have done it if a trusted friend of mine had not made a transaction with Jacob i
Just opened it up and snapped a few pics. It's every bit as marvelous as I'd hoped it would be and more![IMG][/IMG][IMG][/IMG][IMG][/IMG]Thanks for helping me choose to go this route to those of you that weighed in on my trade thread! I did the best thing I could have done in IMO for sure. What a great one watch to start a new collection with!
There have been several threads which reference whether bracelet stretch will be any less on solid link oysters than hollow link oysters.Does anyone have a 2007 6 digit SS GMT (the first year they were made) and a 2007 5 digit SS Sub that were both worn a lot and which would provide a fair comparison on hollow vs solid.Or if someone can post pictures of a solid link 2007 SS GMT showing any bracelet stretch, I'm sure someone else can post pictures of a hollow link 2007ish SS Sub.
