TAG Heuer CAG2110.FC6209 wrist watches news:
I thought I preferred my Oris Williams F1 on the rubber strap, but the reality was that I simply wasn't wearing it as often as my bracelet watches. So, I had the bracelet reinstalled. Of course, I had to jump into the light box once I did it:The downside is that the bracelet scratches pretty easily. I took it to my jeweler so she could buff it up before reinstalling it, and she read me the riot act for allowing it to get as scratched up as it did when I had it on the watch the first time around. All in all, I think I'll enjoy wearing it this way for a while. So, what's your take? Are you partial to bracelets or straps? If you like straps, rubber or leather (or some other material)?Just wondrin' and, besides, I wanted an excuse to post some new pics...
Hi,I am looking for a watch for my husband's birthday. The problem is that he would like a watch with a quite "classical" style (a good example is the Classima Executives collection from Baume&Mercier, which he likes a lot), and at the same time he wants it to have an alarm function. I have realized that most classical looking watches of nice brands almost never seem to have the alarm function he wants!Could anyone advice on a brand with classical looking watches, which also features an alarm function? The upper budget limit is the price range of the earlier mentioned Baume&Mercier collection. No problem if it is a less expensive brand. Thanks!
Any suggestions on polishing the bezel? I have some hairline scratches I'd like to get out. Thanks in advance.
Hi everyone - about to make my first Tudor purchase (red black Bay with in house movement) and wanted to get some options for aftermarket leather straps that I could put on the deployant clasp. I really don¡¯t like the distressed leather strap option because it looks really cheaply made. For my Panerai, there were tons of options but not so much for the Tudor, esp with the 22/18 deployant. Any thoughts??Also I do like the brown leather strap on the new BB GMT, but not sure if I am able to purchase just that from an AD?Thanks!Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Has anyone else ever considered scrapping your entire collection to just have an Explorer and being done with it all? The longer I hang around here the more I feel like it's the only watch I really need or want. I love my others, but I love the Explorer more and more by the day.
