- The maverick is a nice SA watch. It's a bit ger than most (43mm), but very clean function without too much clutter. It's not too thick, so it fits nicely. Sierra had a great price too!

TAG Heuer CAL2110.BA0781 wrist watches news:
Watch prices go up and watch prices sometimes go down (well, in a way) in response to the market. While I can't say for sure, I would venture to guess that the last 15 years have seen more activity and disparity in watch prices than any other time in history. When else in history could you get a watch for $1 or over $1 million? While the market seems to be cooling to massively priced mega watches, you simply can't stop ambition. Watch designer Roshan Martin debuts his collection, the highly limited edition Roshan Martin L¨¦gende Tourbillon, with prices from over 500,000 Swiss Francs to over 1,000,000 Swiss Francs.Attractive and inspired by "museum watches," the Roshan Martin L¨¦gende Tourbillon is a very high-end homage to some of the greatest classically designed watches of our history. The Roshan Martin L¨¦gende Tourbillon watches begin with the exclusive caliber RM10-TEP manually wound tourbillon-based movements, which themselves make up much of the Roshan Martin L¨¦gende Tourbillon wat
From time-to-time we come across art inspired by, or placed directly inside of, a watch or clock. An watches-dealer reader was nice enough to share with us the work of UK-born and -based Dominic Wilcox, who, among other things, has made wrist and pocket watch dials a palette for artistic expression.Wilcox calls these creations "Watch Sculptures" and they start with vintage wrist and pocket watches that he has acquired. The first step is removing the crystal and replacing them with a tall dome to make room for the small sculptures and figurines that he creates. Wilcox claims to be inspired by both real and imagined situations, and uses the motion of the watch hands as part of the art. The figurines are literally placed on the watch hands.Speaking strictly from a technical standpoint we would not recommend that anyone do this with a watch they wanted to keep good time. While the hands may move with the additional weight, there is no chance that the extra pressure on the movement would al
Looking to see how the RO Gold bracelet looks after some wear. Does anyone daily a gold RO on bracelet? I dailied my 26320or on strap for 2 years but idk how the bracelet wears
Hi Guys,I need a little help identifying the specifics on this watch. A AD looked at it and states that it was a cal.565, ref 166-02,with a serial number indicating a 1968 vintage. I have done searches on the net but cannot come up with the same dial. also anyone have any idea a ballpark value? any help is appreciated.
I¡¯m currently considering my next purchase and the 40mm SS Yachtmaster has caught my eye, although I¡¯m not yet sure whether blue or dark rhodium. My question is simple:If I could get hold of an Oysterflex bracelet/strap would it be a perfect fit on the steel version of the watch? From pictures of the Everose model, it looks like the clasp would transfer easily and the strap would just fit between the lugs in the usual way on the springbars. Anyone have any experience of this ? Am I being overly simplistic? - I know Rolex has some very smart ways to prevent a mix & match approach between watches. If anyone has any pictures of a successful fit then even better! Thanks all.
