- Another home run for Heidi -- love her watches and her jewelry in general. Colors are vibrant and the quality is very good. I am never disappointed in this line of jewelry.

TAG Heuer Monaco Calibre 12 wrist watches news:
Today I was looking at the Jaeger-LeCoultre Master Compressor Diving Pro Geographic. (what a mouthful) It has a nifty looking mechanical depth gauge which goes down to about 80 meters. The scale on the gauge changes colors at 21, 41 and 62 meters. Are the color changes just cosmetic or is there some significance to these depths (maybe decompression stops)?Don't have a picture, but here's a link to the watch on the J-LeC sitejaeger-lecoultre/na/e...pro-geographicI'm not a diver and I'm just curious.Steve
Okay, the Seadweller (not the latest '08 model) is one of my 'grail' watches. Always has been. But lately, I've been looking at the Omega Planet Ocean - 2901.50.91. It just 'calls' to me. It has all the classic elements of a good dive watch; great lume, nice bezel, large clear hands and very stylish.I'd like to know your opinion - should I set my sights on the PO instead of the SD? I'd be very interested to know 'why' you think what you do. I am pretty ignorant of the finer points of both of these watches and would appreciate your WISdomHere's a link to a PO that I'm talking about. It's from our local auction site in NZ - hopefully this doesn't break posting rules, as I doubt it's any competition to our WTF sponsors (I doubt anyone would seriously consider buying from an NZ auction site....?), but it will help you see what I'm talking about, and the seller takes great pictures that are worth viewing just for interest's sake.Thanks.trademe.co.nz/Jewellery-w...-164882178.htm
Can anyone tell me about this watch? It is signed Cartier 18K on the back (no screws). The movement is 17 jewel signed Cartier Swiss and the case number is 87803552. My camera is not the best. It has the following information in the back cover:121 Inside a small box18k 0.75087808552a box with a slash through it and the numbers 4 and 10 on either side of the slashand then a two service inscriptions one with the black marker over it.ThanksAny idea of value?
Have not seen many posts on this. Any wrist shots out there?
A great Saturday night in Miami - 68 degrees and ocean breeze. I hope you enjoyed yours
