TAG Heuer CW2111-0 wrist watches news:
My favorite local dealer is holding this for me at the moment, but I haven't bought it. Got to decide by Friday night. Store demo, been around a while but in excellent condition. I really don't know much about Omega (I currently have Oris, Invicta, Seiko, Orient, Zodiac), a novice to be honest when it comes to Omega. I wouldn't choose this particular model at prices I see online, but he'll beat any price, and I think it is very nice at the right price. What is it really worth do you think?I appreciate your input on an expensive decision.
I knew I had a soft spot for black and gold dials - just hadn't realised it has been a bit of an accidental theme in my Hamilton collecting. Can you name them?
I had some appointments downtown yesterday so while the wife and I were in town we decided to meet the son-in-law for lunch. While sitting I noticed he was wearing a stainless Rolex sub. Now that would not be unusual for him because both he and his wife wear nice jewelry and clothes. In fact he has some really nice other watches including a fairly new authentic stainless and gold Rolex sub.I wasn't wearing my glasses so I didn't notice anything but he then smiled and said it was fake, knowing that he wouldn't wear a fake in the past I asked what gives. His answer was that he works in a not so good part of town and if he were going to lose a Rolex he would rather it be this watch......................So I wonder what you guys think? If it were me and I were worried about something like that I would just wear a beater, but he says he likes the watch and doesn't really care since he does own a real one, hes not trying to fool anyone.......
Hello guys,I would like to know your honest thoughts on this watch...it is an homage of Submariner. Please shootHow would you feel wearing it in public...
So I ended up buying two Rolexes in a weeks time. I am enjoying my TT Daytona, love it. But then wanted to get a tool watch, a dual timer! SkyD was perfect, it is dressy and is the most complicated Rolex! It would be perfect for my job.It isn't easy to get a SS SkyD. I tried the WG SkyD and wanted the SS version instead. I am on the mystical list at various AD around the world, but never got the call. But found one almost 7000 miles away and bought it right away. It was just a lucky day, and the SkyD was just sitting on the case at an AD (I was on the list at this AD as well, but never got the call. On inquiring the store owner said 'he didn't knew they got a SkyD SS'). My sister paid a deposit and held it for me. Another person missed it by 15 mins. Finally I will get to pick it up in 36 hours. I hope I like it as much as the Daytona. But been reading on the GMT master II BLNR and now I want to get that one because of the rotating bezel. Plus it can show three time zones. But I never
