TW Steel TW Steel 16819 wrist watches news:
My Hamilton field chrono automatic came with instruction that the date shouldn't be changed between 9 p.m. and 3 a.m. to avoid damage to the mechanism. Seemed strange to me - is that unique to the field chrono and/or to Hamilton? Is that the time period that the mechanism that moves the date is engaged with other moving parts? I assume the same warning would apply to the day of the week, and to other Hamilton autos that have a date?
Hello,I'm a new member who's been lurking here for a while. My modest collection consists of a recently purchased Super Ocean, black with stainless Professional and Diver Pro bands, an Omega De Ville quartz which was a gift in 1984, an Omega Seamaster Pro quartz purchased in 95 and a Tag Formula 1 Chronotimer which is my running and kicking around watch. With the SO being my first automatic my question is how to manually wind it and how important is manual winding after prolonged inactivity? I apologize in advance if this is too much of a newbie question. Thanks
Does Sekonda belong in this forum?I read the history of Sekonda and originally it was a british company but then it said the manufacturing was outsourced to Hong Kong etc.
Does anyone now or heard about when the new Bronzo with Blue dial will be coming out? I'm not sure if this model just die out from production since I haven't seen or heard anyone posting about it while the other limited editions have been released to the market already. Thanks for sharing
Would a PAM 560 look good in this collection? How does it look size wise on my wrist? This is the top contender for my next purchase.
