- I was looking for a classic looking watch to wear with some dress shirts, and found this here.It has all the features I needed: Basic White Face, Black Leather Band, Date. This was the cheapest one that met all my requirements.I don't really use the watch that much, but it's nice to have.

Hublot 341.PL.5190.LR.1901 wrist watches news:
Thought I might say hello with a new-to-me Royal Oak. The 36mm 4100st, and from my birth year... Engraved on the case back from a September 1981 visit to Brassus. I think it wears well on my small wrists. CheersTaylor
The two most cherished references in my Patek collection.3448G. Produced in 100 pcs or less.5020P. 1 of 3 pcs produced.
I just purchased this 2508 and after getting home with the watch I noticed the markers aren't perfectly lined up with their corresponding dots. They're slightly offset to the left. I notice it most at the 11 o'clock markerI've been looking at a bunch of other 570's and 2508's and it looks like this isn't extremely uncommon. Is this mis-alignment evidence of a dial restoration? Are there original dials that left the Patek factory like this? I bought this piece from a very reputable vintage Patek dealer who believes the dial to be original but would really appreciate some other opinions. Thanks in advance! https://imgur/a/HbFuk
Just looking to educate myself on the actual brand of Patek Philippe, and how they assemble their watches etc, just to have an idea of how things work.I was asked by a friend why they were so expensive, and though I gave a fair explanation, I feel like I should know more about it, since I am looking to own one later this year! According to this website.Shoppist: How long does it take to craft a Patek watch?Stern: An example, a simple movement is minimum four years of work before you can present it. A complicated one, we’re talking about six years approximately. And a very complicated one, like a minute repeater or a tourbillon, this is about eight years. Is this legit?4 years for a simple three hand watch? From this site.phillymag/shoppist/20...ppe-president/Edit. Does anyone know where I can get exact information about their movements? How many parts, etc.?Thank you!
