Rolex box and papers...what do you do?
Just wondering what everybody does with their Rolex box and papers?I would like to keep all my boxes in "like new" condition, but I really don't want to go to the safe deposit box route.I have seen some pictures of others that have their boxes and other Rolex gear on display - which looks great but I am not sure I have the display area to properly show my (small) collection.Any suggestions / ideas from the group about where to keep everything?For saftey and display reasons my home office file cabinet doesn't seem to be the correct place. I know it's a Goofy question - I was doing some cleaning and was wondering what others do to keep their Rolex materials safe.Thanks in advance for your input!

I need some information friends..
I was retired a long time from this exciting topic of Panerai and want to buy one because unfortunately I have long sold a model 111 and want to replace it. I had thought a 005 that is not so expensive. But I see Panerai new catalogs are not those watches, I find models 1005, 631, 632. Someone can tell me if they are the same or what is the difference. I do not want a model with movement in house because they are more expensive for the service and I like watches with manual mecanical movement, I do not like automated. Someone can help me to clarify this? Many thanks friends.

Replacing parts and question of originality with modern Rolex
So this is probably a stupid question, apologies in advance if this sounds a bit silly. Now with vintage watches, everyone talks about the originality and how a watch with replacement parts, even if period-correct, isnt as valuable as one with all original factory parts. That brings me to this question, granted that our current 'modern' watches will one day, in 50 years or so, become vintage pieces. Will replacing parts now, for example, damaged screws/bezel pearl with uneven luminescent paint, or even, replacing the dial, lead to them being less 'original', and hence decreases the value, in the years to come?
