Maurice Lacroix FA2164-SS002-150 wrist watches news:
Those on a relative budget wanting a nice sport watch should take a good look at the 1972 collection of timepieces from German brand Junghans. Often known for their atomic clock controlled watches, Junghans has an interesting assortment of both modern and vintage inspired quartz or mechanical watches. The 1972 collection takes direction and inspiration from sport-themed watches made in that era. Though, there is a slick modern edge to the designs which fits the brand's larger collection of timepieces. I do enjoy how they took a classic look and updated it a bit.Junghans is among the few brands that uses many movements derived from Seiko. The 1972 collection currently has three movement options, and I believe that at least two of them are Seiko Japanese quartz calibers. Two of the movements are "Solar" meaning that they use light to recharge the batteries. The 1972 collection watches each have a 43.3mm wide steel case, with a rotating diver's bezel in either steel or black tone. Hello everyone, My father passed recently, and I inherited this gold Longines watch. It was given to my great-grandfather for his service with Esco. The date on the engraving is 1947. I did some searches for this make and model, but could not find one that was it. I know the community here probably sees this as an easy mystery to solve, but I am stumped. Any help with the make, model and relative worth would be greatly appreciated. The grit seen in the watch face is apparently either dust or sawdust, as my great grandfather was a carpenter. This was what my mother told me, she might have been incorrect. I would also like to know what resources I would need to get it cleaned, or is it something I could do myself? Thanks everyone for any help in advance!
Hi,If you have AP 15400 and Rolex 40mm (subc, SD4K, etc...), can you please post side by side picture so that it shows the size difference? Thanks
This one has been in the safe for a while but I put it on today and now I remember why I love it so much. It's actually quite enjoyable to set the date and moon phase. I'm one of those geeks that can't wear it if it's not set. Have a great weekend!Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Hi,Anyone here know when the Carbotech is going to hit the stores...I have been waiting to see one in person and would have thought it should be out by now.It is surprising to see new releases like the 577 whereas the watches launched at the beginning of the year are nowhere to be seen...Cheers,Abner
