- The first one I bought was stolen out of my suitcase on the way home from Italy. I had to have another one; I am so hooked on this watch. It has great features and is easy to use. The only thing I don't like is the color.

TW Steel TW702 wrist watches news:
The last Gavox watches we took a look at were a couple of really cool, kind of different, Marine style pieces. Powered by Miyota automatics with price tags under $500, they were very compelling. Following up these pieces, Gavox has gone a pretty different direction, from a fun and playful take on something classic, to a serious attempt at a military pilot's watch. What immediately sets the new Squadron watches apart from others in the stylistic vein, is that they were made at the request of the Belgian Air Force and designed to their specifications. A total of 65 watches were made an issued to Air Force pilots, 15? for 15th Wing in Melsbroek and? 50 for the 350th squadron at Florenne. These watches are distinguished by the special emblems on their dials. Checkout this great gallery of images of Belgian Air Force Pilots with their Gavox Squadrons. The civilian version of the watch lack an emblem and is an edition of 500. Design-wise, they clearly speak to a lineage of European military pi
Let's hear your horror stories!I'm talking about physical horrors, nothing customer service related.Mine has got to be when I came home from work one day to find that my dog Buddy, a jack-chi, had reached into my watchbox (which lives on my nightstand) and grabbed my Khaki Chrono, pulled it on to my bed, and chewed completely through the strap. Imagine my "OH SH*T" face the moment I walked into my room and saw pieces of strap everywhere, I had figured he had dragged the watch all over the house prior to this, but luckily it turned out he only destroyed the strap!Let's hear yours!
A DSSD in for a white face 15400 Royal Oak with leather strap? Also, question on the side... What is the msrp and typical AD discounts on these, AND what is the cost if you buy the leather straps and not include the bracelet?
I went to watch store today, and salesman offered me this:Omega Speedmaster Date Chronograph, just like the one on the pics.I don`t know anything about this watch(exept that it is probably a Valjoux 7750 movement inside it),I don`t know it`s age(condition of it is not exactly mint, but quite fair)...And price looks fair enough, around 850$!The thing that bothers me is that this watch obviously don`t have sapphire crystal glass(there are one or two little scratches on it),and salesman claim that production date of it is around year 2000.How can it be?I would apreciate any opinion on this watch and,of course,I would like to know real production date of this model! Please guys, help me with this.
Hello, new to the Patek forum - I¡¯ve been studying the 5167 for a couple of years now, and I was able to finally pull the trigger. It is welcome change after many steel Rolexes. I will probably write a review down the road. I¡¯m considering simplifying the collection and having only this and my venerable 16610 (my first high-end watch).Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
