Strange(ish) question
Does anybody know of a watch that looks similar (or the same, preferably) to this:Basically just a matte black face with painted indices + Arabics. Hand color doesn't matter because they can be painted at the local watchmaker and I want them orange anyway.Looking for something to go with the gauges in my car:

AP SC in Clearwater Comes Through Again
I recently bought a Rose Gold Rubber Clad with the newer dial. I know that one of the complaints about the Rubber Clads or just the 42mm Offshores is the comfort of the deployant buckle. I found that with my wrist size, I'm almost at the end of the strap and the buckle was cutting into my wrist. I decided to get the Rose Tang Buckle from the newest series of Rose Gold Offshores along with a rubber strap. They couldn't send me the alligator because of import restrictions. Well after a conversation at 3PM on Tuesday. My package was prepped and ready for FedEx. It was here at 5 AM local time the next morning and just missed the next day delivery. This was a local customs clearance issue. Talk about fast and great service. They also mounted the buckle on the strap as per my request. The girls were knowledgeable and enthusiastic to a fault. A really pleasant experience.

Omega Constellation ref 168008Recently I came across an Omega Constellation model reference 168008 that was sold, on the popular auction market. The seller claimed, it is a rare Constellation vintage-watch.The description of the 1960's watch: Model reference 168008 with movement caliber 564: 18k solid yellow gold case (main case, back-cover and winding-crown), 18k solid white gold bezel and 18k solid white gold hands and also, the hour markers, Omega logo and star, as well as, Omega signature are all in 18k solid white gold, while the dial is in yellow gold color - no mention whether solid gold or otherwise. Is this a genuine and rare Constellation or it is a franken? Thank-you.

How does the Rolex / Tudor relationship work today?
Does Tudor need buy-in from Rolex to create their watches? Is Rolex still the parent company, albeit with no real control?Looking at the new Tudor Pepsi GMT, it looks nearly identical to a 16710, without crown guards. Does Rolex need to approve?
