Back a few years ago when the money flowed like wine - the luxury watch world was known to take generous, deep sips from the pool. It was a gold age of new ideas, brands and designs. A promising brand that might not reach the next decade is DeWitt. I've always liked the majority of their designs, and found their philosophy intriguing. This is one of their coolest models in my opinion. A neat looking perpetual calendar watch with a GMT hand. Sure, it is an expensive watch, but it is a relic from an era - communicating the exuberance of an era, which hearkening back to the roaring 20s with its art deco look.The 43mm case came in two variants (matched to a black or white textured dial). The cases either had white or rose gold, mixed with black ceramic and polished titanium. I've checked out these pieces before, and they are nicely made with really bold designs. 5164R incoming, or wait basel ?
Hi Guys,My AD just emailed me that they received 5164R waiting for me.I love the watch but worry something come up during Basel that i would prefer from 5164R, what you guys think ? (AD will keep the 5164R for me just 1 week).Also concerning value, i feel 5164R is not the best investment from Patek and I'll definitely loose 10-20% if I decide to sell in few months.Let me know your thoughts !Thanks

I feel bad asking guys but I'm considering trying an aquanaut 5167 sometime this year and I have never negotiated on Patek. I know discounts on the 5711 are impossible (and the watch itself is impossible to find in Canada) but do you think 10% is possible on an aquanaut? Lets assume I have fairly good negotiating skills . I only ask so I have some idea of my range so I do not come off as rude / miss out on any potential savings. Finally, anyone know Canadian retail price for 5167?Thanks for any infoJosh
