I have two of these SRP043 Seiko divers watches and I really like them. However since I have two of them I tried to make one a little different from the other. Some time ago I installed some Mercedes hands on one and I kind of liked the looks, but in the end I was put off by the fact that the hands were a little too small/short in proportion to the watch. Not much really but enough to bother me. So I decided to handle that, I could not find any larger/longer Mercedes hands but I then settled for a different solution. The best look is the original one, and so I decided to try some similar but different hands. I got some original Seiko hour and minute hands from the "Fifty Five Fathoms" model and a seconds hand from a Seiko Alpinist. The hands are similar in shape but they are chromed so they give a little different feel to the watch, the red seconds hand also contribute to that but since these are small changes, they only give a little different look keeping the original overall p

Electronic movements2. mechanical movements without a date3. grand complication date watches that know just how many days are in each month. Some of this type even know leap years.Today I moved the date on six of my watches, but some of our members have type # 3. SHOW US YOUR WATCHES THAT DIDN'T NEED HELP WITH THE DATE
Hi all experts. Recently came across a possible acquisition. Could someone tell me a little more about these watches? Looks to be limited editions. Are these watches more desirable then the regular navitimers? Anything that I need to watch out for? Due to its complication, I am going to assume that it require more money to service. How durable are the movement of Breitlings? Thanks for any advices ahead of time. I am a total newbie to Breitling.
So sad. His younger brother, Subby, stopped ticking yesterday so he¡¯s now on his way to the RSC in Dallas to get fixed. He¡¯s lonely now without his companion next to him at nights. He¡¯ll have to do the daily duty for the next few weeks alone. That¡¯s stepping up. Dad¡¯s wondering how much this will cost him as it¡¯ll eat into the budget to get another brother this year.
