Tissot T0484171703600 wrist watches news:
Hi everyone, my girlfriend came to stay with me for a few days so we decided to take in a few of the local sights:The 1st was the Angel Of The North, an enormous steel sculpture created by artist Antony Gormley in 1998, the scale of it is breathtaking! It is only a few miles from where i live, and i pass it on my way to work, but this was the 1st time i had been anywhere near it, and i was not disappointed!Next we took a drive into the Northumberland countryside, not far from where i used to live. The weather wasn't the greatest, but you can't argue with the scenery!Lastly we visited the small coastal town of Bamburgh. The weather was the best of the 3 days, but the chilly North Sea was less than inviting to all but the brave or foolhardy! Thanks for looking!
This was created to take care of those watch names you see but aren't sure how to pronounce them. By clicking on the word "WATCHSOUNDS" below, you'll go to a chart where some of those names can actually be heard! Sadly it is a very incomplete list so I will try and add names that are missing. Some names are not going to appear since they will be pronounced the same in English as they would in most other languages. Examples include, but are not limited to, Rolex, Hamilton, Eterna, Kobold. Other names, like Bvlgari or Xemex, are a bit more perplexing. This Sticky, I think, will help.WatchsoundsAnd some that aren't on the above chart. The names are broken up into syllables. Those syllables in UPPER CASE letters are stressed more than the syllables in lower case letters.Anonimo................(ah-nuh-NYE-moh)Breitling.................(BRITE-ling)Bvlgari..................(buhl-guh-REE)Corum..................(core-OOM)DeBethune ...........(DAY-bi-TOON)Eberhard...............(ay-ber-hard)E

I was in Tysons Corner, VA area for meetings, stopped by the Mall for lunch and walked into to the only AP AD in the area. I know the sales people very well and they take good care of me. I really wanted to try on the 39mm Explorer one more time before pulling the trigger on one, but there I was drifting towards the AP case instead...I got to try on the new 44mm carbon chronograph in black, very nice piece, especially the weight in relation to the size, but then sales guy - knowing me - insisted that I try on the classic 42mm rose gold chrono. And I was stupid enough to agree... Wow! Just wow! I'm totally blown away by that watch!I never see myself dropping $55,000 (regardless of what the discount might end up being) given how many kids I have (and yet to put through college), but if I could spare the change I would surely strongly considering awarding myself of of these pieces. What a wonderful piece of horology![photo cred: AP's website]
I bought my ExpII about a month ago and had to have a link taken out before I left the store. It seemed ok as far as fit at the time, but now it feels a little to tight. It has the expansion link but that makes it too big. So I had the AD adjust it with the micro adjust and it¡¯s still too much and if I add the original link back in and move the micro adjust all the way forward it¡¯s also too large. So My question is, does Rolex make something like a half link? This would make it about perfect and also allow for some summer wrist swelling. Thanks.
