- The watch is made very well. It was just too much glitz for me - and the face was so large. Sorry Adrienne - I wanted to love this watch. Sent back.

Tudor 20300 wrist watches news:
This watch doesn't just have a dial that looks like a camera shutter, the prototype version actually used a camera shutter. Michael Bittel cannibalized a friend's vintage camera (he had permission) and took out the shutter. He ground it down and modified it, and used it to make an opening and closing dial on a watch. This isn't the first time that a shutter aperture style dial has graced my eyes, but it is one of the nicest renditions. I did mention the de Grisogono Fuso Quadrato Two Time Zone watch that applied a similar idea. Although on the Eclipse, the shutter opens up to reveal the decorated and diamond studded movement. Actually, I can't figure out whether the watch is called the Eclipse, Double Eclipse, Double Diaphragm Eclipse, or some variation thereof. Who knows, it doesn't matter. Not like there are other watches that look like this. By the way, I am gonna take this opportunity to mention to watch companies that you need to do two things: 1) make sure you give your watch a c
For an OMEGA enthusiast, that moment when you peel apart the outer courier packaging to reveal the white box must be that one step further on the journey of anticipated joy. Mr Larry Triton as we know is about to savour this very special occasion. In most of our cases, pun not intended, the top of the white box is removed to expose that familiar red leatherette case with the Omega logo set against the impression of a globe in silver. Pop open the lid and the stuff of dreams is revealed before your very eyes. It's the jewel you've been waiting for. Take a moment or two if you will from your celebrations and consider the packaging that accompanied your watch. Would you have wished Omega to have changed its time-honoured wares? Red has become the colour of Omega but as you know, Omega watch cases do not always bear a red colour. Some of the Co-Axial Aqua Terras, De Villes and indeed some Speedmasters were presented in a polished wooden case. Other Speedies around the turn of the century we
We've had the same stickies at the top of the General Discussion Forum for quite a while now. We were wondering what you thought about them. Vote for which ones you like in the poll, and whatever isn't popular we'll unstick it since it has obviously run it's course.
I'm not well versed when it comes to AP watches. The one pictured below is being offered to me. It has a thin case, 38mm diameter excluding crown, diamond hour markers and monoblock case. The case back has No. 422. Not sure what it means but I guess this is not the model reference number. I don't want to open the watch since its not yet mine to check the reference number. Can anyone tell me what model this is and approximately what year it came out?
On the verge of buying a new Speedmaster Moon Watch with black crocodile strap but would like to know what packaging Omega watches come with please eg: do they come in a coffin like Rolex? The ref I'm going for is 311.33.42.30.01.001, or this one: https://.omegawatches/watches...1133423001001/ with the large box inner/outer, 2 nato straps, loupe and spring bar tool.
