- I was so thrilled to get my new watch in the mail! I have gotten several compliments and everyone comments on how expensive it looks. I recently got married and the watch glistens perfectly next to my wedding rings!

- This is a very soft silicone band. Very easy to get on and off and the color green was very vibrant. Now I want the yellow and orange!

Ulysse Nardin Ulysse Nardin 34531 wrist watches news:
Greetings everyone,Been lurking for several months educating myself about my grail watch, the IWC Portuguese Auto. While I think I have done a good amount of diligence on pricing, I'm curious as to your collective thoughts about what price range would be generally regarded as a "can't pass up" opportunity for a brand new Port Auto whether through an AD or gray market dealer (GMD). As for my situation, this is a watch I've set aside a fund for, and if I had to rely solely on that fund, I wouldn't be able to draw from it for at least 5-6 years with a target price of $8-9k (knowing I'll get some sort of discount off retail). I can presently draw from other funds, if necessary, without being in dire financial straits, but would only do so if I am comfortable knowing that I am faced with one of the lowest prices I will ever see in the near future, and the opportunity cost is worth acting on. Again, I would not be putting myself in financial jeopardy, nor relegating myself to cup o'noodles
Hey everyone,At this past weekend’s Tampa GTG I had the chance to hold & photograph not one, but two of my all-time, win-the-lottery-and-I'm-off-to-the-store grails, the Patek 5070 & 5970. These are NOT mine (unfortunately), but are pieces of other members collection who were gracious enough to allow me an "up close & personal' moment with each the watches. A big THANKS to both of you for allowing me to hold these special pieces! What did I think? Absolutely stunning! Loved them both. But you guys probably don't want to hear me ramble on saying what I thought, you want pictures.. So here you go.Please note all pictures were taken without flash using available light, and that light was in restaurant lighting (not the best to say the least) and were all handheld.5970P:And a movement shot...5070P:Enjoy!
Can you tell? LOL
Who has pics to push me over the edge????
Waiting for the wifey while she was shopping. :)Untitled by j c, on Flickr
