Breitling A1931012/G750/437X/A20BA.1 wrist watches news:
Ugh¡ Here we go again. Sitting in front of me is a watch I really like. It's well made, nice looking, mechanical, a touch different but familiar nonetheless and more over, very affordable. Is it perfect? Nah, what watch is? Do I even want a perfect watch? If I found one wouldn't the hunt be over? It's not perfect at all, but it's great and its shortcomings are over ruled by its remarkable price. So, inevitably this is going to be another fairly positive review, sorry to those of you who think I'm too positive. I just love watches and the Orient Sparta, the subject of this review, is simply another great affordable watch. The Sparta is a hybrid of vintage military styles that come together to make something new. There are clear elements of field and pilot's styles that are mixed up with the addition of a non-lumed steel bezel, slightly modern case design and an oversized day window. What you have in the end is a surprisingly unique watch for one that closely plays off of well-known style
Does anyone know of an online chart / website that has historical Rolex pricing for all models? The website I used to go to is no longer in operation. Thanks
I'm going to wear the K-650 for another day. The more I wear it, the more I like it. It's freshly serviced and runs fantastically well. The gold ring on the dial has been polished to a mirror shine. It just looks, feels and runs mint and pristine. I didn't expect that when it arrived so here I'll share it's first arrival photo.
For those of you that have been following my previous thread titled ¡°two have to go! Help me decide¡±. I have made a decision.Out of the four watches I posted, I am keeping just one. The 5513.I have chosen to sell the 16570 (already sold) 14060M (already sold) and 16710 Coke.BUT!Yesterday I added a watch to make it my second. A K serial 16710 Pepsi with SEL AND lug holes. And a beautiful faded bezel and kit.I¡¯m now happy to say that these are my two watches. K serial 167101975 5513 (I plan on selling insert and rivet bracelet in order to source period correct parts)From here I only plan to add after the house Reno¡¯s and wedding is out of the way! Unless I win the lottery of course :P (I have been toying with the idea of a $2k work beater but we will see)Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Hi guys, looking for help in my next purchase. My Rolex Journey started with a BLNR back in 2014. I'll attach pics after the post. Wore it for about 6 months before the PCL's started to annoy me, swapped them out for a RubberB. 6 months later, the blue started becoming 'too blue' at times, and I kept googling Sub VS Gmt topics. After being convinced on how everyone always mentions how iconic the Sub has been and always will be, I flipped my BLNR for a 114060 no date sub-c. Wore that for around 4 months before realizing I really need a date function! Sorry, but pulling out my phone each and every time just didn't cut it. Flipped it for a 116610LN. Loved it to bits, which is still the watch I'm wearing till today, (I'm 28 this year). Unfortunately, the GMT has caught my attention again, and I'm torn between going back to the BLNR or giving the 116713 a shot. Based on what I've read, the price of a used 116713 and a brand new BLNR is around the same. (please correct me if I'm wrong). Some
