The 'must haves' of a vintage collection?
So, what are your 'must haves' in any vintage collection? I'm only just starting and I am thinking:- vintage seamaster 300- 30t2 movement- a good bumper (any views on which)And I've only just started researching the Seamasters, let alone speedies, Connies, etc!

I suppose it would be nice to know a little about how to clean my current Seiko.. it's a basic Seiko Premier 100m, I love it but it has had a good two years of everyday use and has no major scratches but does have the everyday use. I read something about using steel wool? I just wanted to know how you might be able to buff out some of the scratches and make it shine again ?!

My 2 year old 116710ln is running about +15seconds per day, and I am planning to take it down the the Rolex Service Centre on St James Sq, London.Would this be a quick fix or would I need to have it serviced? Also would I have any issues bringing it in on the isofrane which I wear it on ?
