Ulysse Nardin 243-55/92 wrist watches news:
Welcome to the LM2, the second "Legacy Machine" to exit the house of one of Geneva's most forward thinking high-end watch brands. Let's go back in time to the Legacy Machine No 1 for a moment. Two years ago I am sitting with MB&F founder Max Busser in a small room in Switzerland. A tray covered in a black polishing cloth means that Max is about to give me one of his famous presentations. Busser composes - with what I imagine is great delight - a unique presentation upon unveiling each new MB&F timepiece. His performances are legendary, and a key element in how so many people have become excited about the brand. Consider yourself lucky if you've had the opportunity to see Max in action."I imagined what MB&F would have been if I was born in 1876 versus 1976. The Legacy Machine is not the Horological Machine (the name given to MB&F's thus released watches). The Legacy Machine collection is a total departure from what we have been designing until now." Max isn't kidding. Mo
I was reading up on this model over at another large forum, and a 3rd party review noted that the watch is not chronometer certified? True?
Well, once again, and despite all the conscience I tried to put on this, I could not resist and got these two guys...Both in their way from the U.S.Thanks to T-Hunter, in pushing me over the trigger pulling :DAccutron VX-200 Valjoux 7750 ChronographAccutron Gemini Valjoux 7750 ChronographWeb pictures of course, will post mine, once I get them in a couple of weeks hopefully...
So i had a sad day week before last when I let go of my 15400. image.jpgBut then came a new arrival, which I haven't seen yet! Haha I'm in NY for work but my wife called and a Fedex package arrived this afternoon! It seems that there can only be one AP in my collection....
Let's be honest, if I could wear my AP all day everyday I truly would. However, I am unable to wear it at work. On days I am not wearing it, should I keep the watch in a watch winder? Is that safe? I have the AP diver. Any info would be helpfuly, thanks.
