Ulysse Nardin 243-55/92 wrist watches news:
I recently found my grand dad old watch written as Patek Philippe, but i'm not sure of the model, could anyone help to identify this. I have lately fascinate with this brand, and spend many hours understanding the history of Patek Philippe. Coincidentally found this old watch, and hope to know of its identity.
Well, today the wife and I spent about 2 hours in the aforementioned antique shop. Of course I made my way over to the guy with the watches. Now, I didn't have the $$$ to buy any watches, but it was a very productive day nonetheless. He was talking to a gentleman whom I presume to be in his 40's and appeared to be very knowledgable about watches. This gentleman immediately struck up a conversation with me, and I learned he does all the repairs/restoration for the older gentleman selling the watches. I asked him about my Bulova and why it won't turn clock-wise when I set it. He explained to me the very possible reason and said he could fix it for $25. I then asked him if he does complete service work. He said he could completely service mine, fix the crown problem and put a new crystal on for $100. I was a little skeptical, so he asked me to come up front to a box he had brought in. In it, he had abour 8 or 9 vintage watches, all pritinely restored! He said "This is my work". Every watch

hey guys i need help with my brothers brietling,, he was looking for a rubber strap that comes with this claspif anyone knows where i can find one please tell me.. thanks guys
I have been spending a good amount of money from my AD for sometime and all the watches in my signature have come from them with no waiting. My wife spends a significant amount also with them for jewelry.I have been thinking about buying myself a Day Date 40 in rose gold with the chocolate Roman numeral dial. I have been admiring my wife's day date 40 in YG. However, I have also been thinking about the Patek 5711 in rose gold or Audemars Piguet brick. But, both of those are more than double the price. Here is the deal: MSRP 37,550. My price is 30% off so it comes to $26,285 no tax. What do you think? Another Rolex for this deal or jump to th PP or AP.
