Ulysse Nardin 321-22 wrist watches news:
You've put some money aside, perhaps even disposed of something in your collection to make way for the next acquisition. You walk into your AD or are about to place an order for it when you spot something else that you'd like.Has this ever happened to you?It did in a way to me, back in the middle of September 2005. Ben had just bought John's Great White SMP GMT as I recall and posted some very nice pictures of it. John as you know has reviewed both this and the GMT Noir. Then I saw some very attractive lume shots by Keith Dowling on TZ and that did it for me so I ordered it, a day before I was due to attend a wine tasting. Following the event, I wandered into a dealer who was new to me in the Bond St area and saw the Blue 42.2mm AT. The way the light reflected off the brushed surface of the dial got me hooked immediately. The dealer suggested I cancel the order for the GMT but I had already ordered it and a pledge is a pledge.Well pals - ever experienced something like this?Let's talk
Hi Everyone- I need some advice regarding servicing of my father¡¯s vintage Speedmaster. I¡¯ve received a diagnostic test from Omega and they¡¯ve said that even with the full service the waterproofness of the piece cannot be guaranteed due to excessive wear of the case¡ That seems odd to me because new gaskets, seals, etc. will be put in (verified with the rep). Also, they will change my hands to luminova but will leave the original tritium dial. Has anyone heard of the waterproof issue? Is there anyone in the tri-state area that is trusted to service Omega watches to keep the piece vintage? If the chronograph didn't develop an issue I'd have never brought it in but unfortunately a service is needed one way or anotherThanks in advance!
Loving this omega. I am surprised how light this is.
Hi members,Which one do you guys prefer and why?Any input/addtn'l pics are appreciated. I attached two pics from internet.thx
Hi everyoneI heard that Rolex will be increasing their UK prices next year. Atm, the RRP of SD43 is ?8,350, but it's virtually impossible to get one at that price. The cheapest I saw, BNIB on Chronext is listed at ?10,970. Do you guys think it's worth it to pay that much for the SD43? I really think that they'll discontinue the red writing after Baselworld 2018.What do you guys think?Sent from my SM-G950F using Tapatalk
