Ulysse Nardin 320-60-8/32 wrist watches news:
Is something strange going on here?I just picked up a small catalogue from a local jewellers with citizen watches in it. Featured in it is a 'Limited Edition' radio controlled eco-drive(model JY8000-50E).I think this might have been a wrong order by Citizen New Zealand because we can't receive the radio signals here, so I think they might be trying to clear stock cheaply. As an example, the exact same model, with the ONLY exception being the word "Attesa" on the dial (model ATV53-2931) is on a certain auction site for $1,150USD. The New Zealand model is selling for $854USD. That is quite a difference What do you think? Citizen trying to get rid of a mistaken order, or do we just have cheaper watches here (unlikely...)?.This is the watch in question - I actually like it a lot, but without being able to receive the signals it's not much use here.Of course, the other alternative is that whoever orders in the watches for New Zealand may have decided it was good enough on it's own to be abl
First off I didn't lose my job (I had another lined up anyways)...although I may get a pay cut. I also found out I'll be getting a bonus of sorts $4k. Some of you may also know I've been putting away $500/month for next years purchase, sometime this year.So I'm asking for suggestions, BUT I don't want to spend more than $2500. My previous list included:Speedy Pro - but I've tried them twice and don't like, plus I'm trying to stay away from chronos.Breitling- I love my new SO and am thinking about getting one in blue, still avoiding chronos.Longines Legend Diver- I just really like the simple looks of this watch, plus the 300m WR.Anyhow throw me your ideas...help me plan what to look at and spend the dough on. Hopefully next fall or winter I'll have my mind made up...if I last that long.
At this moment these two might be a little bit out of reach but it is something i can start saving for during the 1st half of 2018. Until recently, I was not a big fan of RM but they have grown on me. I have always liked AP and own 3-- the ROO chrono, 15407 and RO Chromo-Pride of Italy. i do not own a tourbillon and the AP tourbillons have turned me on for some time. I am just starting to ponder perhaps a future purchase. I would even consider trading in my ROO chrono as I do not wear that one as often as the others. In terms of RM === there are a lot to choose from and I mention the RM011-02 as one I am attracted to. I prefer titanium to ceramic in both the AP and RM models I would consider. Appreciate any comments.
Sorry....my OCD is kicking in but not in terms of buying watches...just in terms of excitement for new releases....I apologize in advance for doing this every day.....
Hi everyone!I will be in Florence for a couple of days. Any watch shops I should check out?
