Ulysse Nardin is one of the few high-watchmaking maisons in the modern era to produce watches with jaquemarts ¡ª tiny automatons mounted on a watch dial that strike the hours on a bell. The brand’s latest, debuting at Baselworld 2016, is the Ulysse Nardin Hourstriker “Horse,” a limited edition of 28 pieces paying tribute to one of the most majestic of animals.The watch ¡ª which follows up other notable jaquemart timepieces from UN, such as 2013’s Carnival of Venice and last year’s Hannibal Minute Repeater ¡ª has a genuine black onyx dial and is available in either an 18k rose gold or platinum case, each measuring 43 mm in diameter. Legit Check on an Omega Seamaster GMT 50th Anniv.
Just got an Omega Seamaster GMT 50th Anniversary Ed. My questions are, being new to the board and the whole watch world in general; is it legit? I posted some closeups below that I think will help to determine the legitimacy of the object (thanks to DarkHorse for advising me what parts of the watch to shoot). If it turns out to be fake, it is by no means a fault of the seller, we both worked together to research as best as we could before the transaction was made, he has given me the option to verify and let him know. New leather strap on electric blue
New leather strap looks mighty fine. Purchased from Watchgeko. This strap along with a couple others made it to my US address within a week. That was some fast international shipping which was free. Hope my pictures show up note sure if i did that correct. I cannot post a link because of my thread count. The strap is listed as SIMPLE HANDMADE ITALIAN LEATHER STRAP on the watchgeko site.

T Serial 16570 Back From RSC
Started this process back in February. So took about 2 months door to door. Generally use a good friend who is a CW21 for any watch servicing, but decided to send the Exp II in for a full RSC treatment. Mainly because I wanted to order a new bracelet for it. Ended up doing a full service + new crystal, bezel, crown and bracelet. Even though she has lug holes, I went with the SEL 78790A bracelet which fits perfectly. In the end the RSC bill was about what I paid for the watch initially. She is a T serial from 1996 ish and had never had the caseback off. This is actually the first Rolex I have ever had that stopped running. I guess 20+ years of performance without a service is actually quite remarkable and speaks to Rolex toughness. Basically looks like a brand new watch IMO. Glad to have her back in the rotation and have nothing but positive things to say about RSC Dallas. Some crappy phone pics, but hopefully shows the nice work RSC performed.
