Invicta 15327 wrist watches news:
I just love poor vendor photos at ebay.Despite an excellent example of poor photos I recognised this Automatic K-402 (complete with original bracelet!!!) from an old thread at WTF <<HERE>>. I'd been wanting one ever since I saw that thread so I couldn't hit the Buy It Now button quickly enough!....and here's what it should look like (from the previous thread). How about the textured finish around the minutes; all those fancy modern day carbon fibre finishes are imitating something that's more than 50 years old!
I am thinking about adjusting my collection and am considering trading in my 1.5 year old Superocean, with yellow dial and rubber strap. I think new it was about $2400. It is in great condition, with box and all associated documentation. Any ideas what I could expect to get for it, either sale or trade in?
I'm wondering what's your policy on polished AP RO that's been polished outside the service center? Is it a no-go? Why?Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk
I have a new SMP 006 sapphire caseback and noticed a piece of dust or particle stuck on the edge of a piece of metal right underneath the hairspring. Since I look at the back all the time, it's new and didn't see it the day before. How the hell did it get there? I better take it to an Omega boutique and have them remove it before it disappears deep into the movement. Is it this easy for dust to get inside the caseback?
Need to ask for advice about whether to replace the inner (red) Omega watch box and the small wallet that holds the instructions, warranty, etc.I recently purchased an Omega Seamaster that was originally sold in 2002. The inner red box and wallet' are somewhat tattered--not just terribly so, but far from pristine. I was going to present this watch to one of my children as a present and was wondering if I should try to obtain a new--or newer and better looking--box, etc. What would you do if this were your situation? Where could I look to find a suitable box for sale? (Have tried the For Sale section of this and other watch fora without success.)Thanks for your input and advice.
