In 2004 Breguet launched a new interpretation of the Marine line, and for 2009 they introduce the Marine Royal Ref. 5847 with 300 meter water resistance and an alarm designed to operate under water. The case is an imposing 45mm and is available in 18k pink or white gold. Twin barrels provide the power – one for timekeeping and one for the alarm. Both barrels are wound by a single crown. The Marine Royal naturally possesses the usual diver¡¯s-watch features, including a unidirectional bezel inscribed with a graduated 20-minute sector. The bezel¡¯s rotation is secured by a blocking pawl, visible and located between the two winding crowns on the case flank. The crowns screw down, and the alarm setting crown and on-off pushpiece, in gold, are sheathed in rubber for easier handling. A hamilton OS 19j 985 in a recased GF hunter case just sold on Ebay for over $3000.00. Three bidders where over $2000. I am familiar with the seller and highly doubt he is playing any games.I know it is a fairly rare and a beautiful movement, and probably less were made than the production numbers indicate.I can see $500, maybe up to $750 if two people really really want it, but over $3000???. I don't see rare, low production Hamilton pw movements bringing alot of money. Makes this even more shocking to me.Here is Ebay # 170689773882 I think I understand the rules about mentioning non sponsers, but since the item has beeen sold I thought it it is okay under the rules. Mellow Yellow!
Orient Yellow Mako: the dial is amazing. In dim light it looks mat yellow, but in strong light it has a radiant sunburst pattern. The closest thing I can think of is maybe lemon colored satin or silk.Odd thing about the picture: the hands do pick up a tint from the dial (just like the hands on orange dialed watches can look slightly pinkish in color), but the hands are not that yellow to the naked eye, the camera seemed to strengthen the yellow tint.

Just received my new toshi strap!
HiJust wanted to share this little incoming for my 233. Color is storm grey with light stitching.I am really impressed by the quality of the strap!The leather is very flexible and robust at the same time, I love it.I want to get another one already.
