Ulysse Nardin 236-48-581 wrist watches news:
Jump hours are one of the more uncommon, but cool complications you can find on a watch. Well, in my opinion that is. By removing the hour hand and creating a digital readout, one that in a true jump hour instantly changes at the top of the hour, you get something that is both interesting and practical. Jump hours are really easy to read at a glance. Visually, they are then just intriguing pieces that, depending on the design, will have a very different look and feel from you standard three-hander.Jump hours are so uncommon that we've actually only have reviewed one in the history of w&w. Well, today we're going to change that with the Oris Artelier Jumping Hour. Part of one their dressier lines, the Jumping Hour stands out from the collection not just because of the complication, but also for having a rather unmistakeable, heavily textured dial. have a great day everybody.
So I scratched the heck out of the underside of the lugs on my favorite watch.Half full: Since it's the underside you can't see it when worn.Three quarters full: If I ever decide to sell it in a moment of weakness, I'll have to fully disclose the scratches, and I probably won't get an offer that is good enough to make me sell it.So, to summarize, my favorite watch now has scratches that will prevent me from selling it, but that don't detract from it when worn. The watch? My Oris Dizzy Gillespie.I have never had such trouble with a strap change - this is the first time I've scratched lugs, and boy did I do a good job of it!
but now its back on the wrist! I haven't worn my 372 for the last 3-4 months because I'm not a fan of how leather feels during the summer heat and humidity. Almost flipped it because of the lack of wrist time but I'm glad I didn't. I feel like I've fallen in love all over again
Just wanted to share some of my Pams and their family. Hagwe!
