- Looks really cool from far away. Kind of hard to tell the time especially when the minutes arent near a 5 (only multiples of 5 are labeled). Also the face looks a little on my wife but shes got tiny wrists.Still a cool watch.

Ulysse Nardin 326-90/91 wrist watches news:
Breitling has?been rekindling vintage-inspired pieces for a while now. Last month, we showed you the in-house Transocean 1915 Mono-pusher Chrono, and before that a 38 mm Transocean Chrono. But, let's not forget that Breitling's legacy as a tool watch applies as much in the air as it does on the sea. Its latest release, the Breitling Chronoliner, is an aviation themed watch that evokes images of that?bygone era. When Breitling says that it drew inspiration from vintage pieces?in designing this aviator, it's only natural that we focus on our favorites. If we put on our?vintage?goggles, we don't have to look too hard to notice piston pushers and a?black bezel on a?panda dial ¨C and that means a Breitling Co-Pilot as far as vintage aviators are concerned. We covered one here?not too long ago. Granted, the registers are at 6, 9, and 12 instead of 3, 6, and 9 and the bezel is of the?24-hour variety?instead of 12, but maybe the Chronoliner's looks are inspired by a medley of older models. I have a 16013 two tone, white face and gold roman numerals. The bracelet has the expected stretch for its age. I was considering a sale or trade but now I'm considering putting it on a strap or deployment. Any thoughts or great color suggestions. Photos?Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

I wanted to share my latest find. I'm not sure what movement this has but I plan on restoring the case. The dial looks like it's in pretty good shape. This is my first Elgin.
Purchased a sub c just over 5 years ago and wouldn¡¯t even call it a daily. Two years in it stopped and was told while still under warranty a jewel had come loose and jammed the movement. Received full service at the time Today just 3 years later I¡¯ve been daily wearing it while down in Florida Swimming etc but certainly nothing out of the ordinary. All of a sudden it just stopped. Tried winding but seems nothing catches when I¡¯m trying to wind it. I can change time and date no problem but nothing will get it going. Mainspring? Lube job? Stem problem ?Really though. Twice in 5 years. I beat the snot out of my Seiko daily and still runs like a top
