Ulysse Nardin 320-90/91 wrist watches news:
Been looking at vintage Seikos for too long (ask Daron ). Found one that was right up my alley tonight:It's a 5646-7010 in what the seller says is mint condition with only a few swirls on the case. What made it so funny is I found it at nearly the same time the Spaceview sold. Call me Even Steven. ps - don't tell anyone in the other forums. Most of them don't get it.
Unfortunately you can only select 1! In a vacuum world, no such thing as Limited Edition and hard to obtain Monsters here! Simply, which colour does it for you!? :D1. ORANGE (Gnomon Watches photo - WTF Sponsor)2. BLACK (Gnomon Watches photo - WTF Sponsor)3. RED (from Amazon)4. BLUE (watcharama)5. PVD6. YELLOW7. GREEN custom (Bob Thayer Jr.)8. OD Green custom (Bob Thayer Jr.)9. White Ice custom (Bob Thayer Jr.)
Just received my new SKX009, but never really liked how thin their Jubilee bracelets are. Picked up a President style, and not only is it thicker than the Jubilee style but it's also less of a hair grabber. Gotta change it out which is surprisingly easy so here's a few pictures along the way.First, I popped open the Jubilee at the clasp to make it easier to get at the springbars on the lugs.Off with the old.......and on with the new - first attaching the end links to the bracelet........then attaching each end to the case.Looking good so far! Now to reattach the two ends of the bracelet at the clasp andoops! A little too large even on the last micro-adjustment.A quick pop off of one link on the 6:00 side and voila!Close up! (dust and fingerprints included, no extra charge )
Some pics of my ROC's lume, not bad at all.
I've probably mentioned this in previous posts but I figured I'd put it out there and elicit some opinion and advice.I have a decent collection of Rolex watches. SS Daytonas, Subs, Pepsi GMT Etc. All watches are Pre-ceramic and none massively oversized. All worn but in very good condition.I now have two Pateks and will eventually get a Perpetual Calendar and maybe even an Annaul Calendar. Who knows when, but it will happen. After buying and wearing Patek, I no longer have much of an appetite for Rolex. A Patek is special. I dont know why, they just feel different. I'm not a buyer of hype, propaganda or slick advertising. I just really like them. Maybe I'm just getting old(er). So what do I do? I'm not a trader. I've never flipped anything. I look at my Rolex watches and I think they are great. Good tough watches that can take a lot of punishment. I seemed to have lucked out and acquired watches that pretty much keep perfect time. Really lucky. But I look at them and f
