Vacheron Constantin Vacheron Constantin 22266 wrist watches news:
Yes, it's all about the cool features like the pushers, the rubber strap shaped after an F1 tire, the numbers from 1 to 7 indicating his seven years of championship and the cool bezel with the accomplishment statistics. I also like the sunken sub-dials and the skeleton hands. The only thing I wish the watch had more of is the Luminova. I just don't understand it when watch manufacturers put a drop here and there. It is not effective at all. Either give us a healthy amount or none.
I gave this one a long long thought, and I came to the conclusion that I would LOVE to add a 18k gold vintage Connie to my collection...Yeah, I like my Omega's vintage..What's on your 2009 Omega wish list?

Happy new year all. Just thought I'd share some pics of my 5402 A series and somewhat newer PP 5711. I really like how the 5402 dial has an almost pearlescent sheen to it. Not sure if this has developed over time. It's quite different from the new 15202 which is much bluer although I see there may be a new variant of this which is closer to the original. Hope you like the pics, I'm not nearly as handy with a camera as some on here.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I wonder why PP does not strive to create new movements. Two ideas which occur to me is replace the 5196 line and come out with a full size movement to case which incorporates a power reserve and 72 hour autonomy. They could also offer this model for purists who prefer not to have the power reserve. Second, for whatever reason the 5170 line has been a disaster. Why not build a dress watch which has the third 12 hour dial and maybe a power reserve or automatic movement. These are main line offerings which could boost interest if improved upon.
