Vacheron Constantin 4667 wrist watches news:
Hello I am new to this forum. I have been lurking for a while. My wife and I have are eyes on two Seamasters at our local jeweler. I have read about people buying watches on line. We looked at a grey dealer's web site. If we buy from them we could save a significant amount of money. What are the thoughts and feeling about authenticity, warranty work, ectI thought that the basic Seamaster only came in one size. The one I am looking at is the Omega Seamaster Midsize 2252.50:I am wanting a larger frame watch so size is an issue.Oh and obviously my jeweler said to not buy on line due to fraud.Your opinions would the graciously appreciated..
I was just wondering if anybody has ever seen the 90th anniversary Oris, since Oris only made 90 of these in 1994.
Ok, so I have this friend who is very special and I want to get her a nice watch for Xmas. I'm doing this secretly so i can't ask too many questions but over time I've gotten some info that may or may not be helpful. She doesn't like Rolex - (go figure?). She also has a tiny wrist and doesn't like the new crop of "big" female watches - so something in the 22-25mm wide range would be good. Other than that we are good. My budget is $3000. I'd like to get her a timeless design - a watch that will never go out of style (like a Rolex). Also, I have a problem paying this kind of money for a battery operated watch but will listen to arguments. With my budget I know that I will have to go pre-owned and/or vintage on some brands and that's ok. Please give me your opinions about what brands I should be looking for and why. Thank you in advance for your help.John
Anyone heard anything?
I took the plunge literally and took my ROO rose gold into the ocean. I don't go super deep, I think I was maxed out at 23 meters but still. Kind of amazing to me that these things function flawlessly in the sea. Going to dive again tomorrow and take a photo this time.
