Zenith 03.2040.4061/69.C496 wrist watches news:
Does any forum user own or have experience with the Hamilton Gramercy Series? It seems like a good way to get into the brand for a reasonable price...just looking for any insight or experience.Thanks.EL.
Hi everyone I am a new member that has always been interested in wrist watches. I have collection of some older / newer watches such as a 1949Hamilton, 1951 Elgin. 1965 Wittnauer, 1975 Omega, 1980 Seiko, 1985 Pulsar, ? Hilton, 2005 Swiss Army and recently an Alpha.Hope to learn alot from this forum!Cheers Paul
I have a friend at work who mentioned that he has an old 1960s (maybe 50's?) omega seamaster that he inherited from his grandfather (it has an inscription from his grandmother to his grandfather). He's not a huge watch guy (he has a luminox and victorinox quartz, which is still more then most I suppose), but I told him he could get it serviced and restored for 300-800 bucks (blind guess). That said, he was very much interested. My question is pertaining to omega service in general. I know all about Rolex RSC service, and I've learned of a few trusted non RSC guys from this great forum, but I don't know much about omega. Do they do great work at Omega, and do they take good care of vintage pieces? Any help would be great. I'll try to get a picture in a few days.Thx (I posted this on one other site as well)
Hi all.Would the bracelet off of a 236 fit a 196? Except for the brushed case and black outlined hands, they seem to be identical..?
Hi EveryoneThought IĄŻll share my 10 Watch Collection with you guys IĄŻve done a review on it as well on my YouTube channel.https://youtu.be/F5BGcA3yoNMWhat would you change ( add / remove) without going more than 10.What if you have to choose 5 ?What about only 3 ? Would love to hear your thoughts.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
