Zenith 75.2050.4026/21.R530 wrist watches news:
I was just at my AD on Friday paying the balance of my PO chrono and to look at Speedmasters for fun. As of Friday I now have three Seamasters and would like to change things up. It's no big secret that I am in the hunt for a white dial so I looked at the Legend Speedy in white. To my surprise when I looked at it in the case and on my wrist the 42mm looked small compared to my 41mm SMP. Right away the legend was a no go. The bezel on the SMP makes the watch look bigger than it is compared to the Speedyso does that mean the Speedy GMT 44.25mm will look in line with the 41mm SMP more than the regular or Legend Speedmaster? I thought the GMT speedy was going to be big like the PO and I don't really have the need for two big watches but I can't tell because I have not seen one in person yet, only in photos.Let me know your thoughts.
Did the 5127 come in only one dial color?I see references to silver/ivory/opaline, yet the pictures are all similar. I did find a comment online that there was, in fact, only one dial color, however, I can¡¯t confirm this. Any help would be appreciated. I¡¯m shopping for a 5127J and want to ensure I¡¯m asking the right questions and don¡¯t want to be surprised with the dial color. Thanks. LS
Had a play with the camera today, normally do wildlife photography so thought id give table top a go, not in Jocke league but a start
Hey all! First time I'm posting here but I've been reading for several months now as I've been trying to figure out which Rolex I want as my first. Of course I've fallen in love with the GMT II BLNR (Batman) which is extremely hard to find from an AD.What's the best strategy? So far, I've put myself on several waitlists, but I feel like I'm getting bumped down spots each time I check in (do ADs give priority to their repeat customers?) I've seen a couple in gray markets/jewelers but I'm trying to avoid the ~1-2k markup given that this is my first purchase.Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!
...they've been alleviated.Got a sneak preview from a non-AD today on two BLNRs that they've recently acquired. I was starting to worry that it wouldn't live up to my expectations - after all, I haven't actually seen one in the flesh for over 2 years. Glad to say that i was blown away and although itd a huge cliche, the pictures just dont it justice.I've stopped wearing my 43mm Tag Heuer to try and make it any easier adjustment to 40mm and I have to say it made a difference to my perception. When I first tried on a Submariner a few years ago I couldn't get past how small it felt but today I felt like the fit was perfect. I've had fears that it would be too small but they are now gone.Visited my AD today as well and I am now 4th on the list so it could be as soon as next month which would be a great start to the year.If anyone in Glasgow (or is willing to travel) then feel free to DM me and I'll point you in the direction of these two beauties.2016 - ?7,3002017 - ?7,500 unworn with stic
