50th anniversary speedmaster
hi folks,can you please help me, i would like to purchase the 50th anniversary speedy but i have seen a few different ones on the net. if im being a plonker then please correct me but i have seen a 311.30.42.30.01.001 and a 311.33.42.50.01.001. lets be honest im not really sure what to look for and i would like all your help. i have seen a few that have a issue number as i think they made 1957. then some have a golden symbol but no issue number. please help.

Early January, after many months of searching I buy a SKX175 from an authorized US watch retailer, online. I got this watch to be a daily wear watch and as I work in a commercial kitchen it's gonna get beat on. So be it; I got a Diver 200m just for that reason. In any event recently I notice the watch crystal fogs up after I exit the cooler or freezer; looks like there's a humidity issue in the case or maybe a gasket problem. Whatever. Before 30 days are up I email the CS department of the retailer and tell them this along with the fact that this watch has been well worn in the course of 4 weeks. Actually, what I said was "I should add that this watch has been worn almost every day so far and has gotten some heavy wear already; especially the bracelet and clasp. It also has been sized though I still have the links as well as box and all paperwork." Their reply was, basically, 'While we are happy to take your money any problems that you might have with the watch you bought from

Purchased my first Hamilton watch.
I just started collecting watches late in 2007. I have 8 with todays purchase. Most of the others are Invicta watches. I've been checking out Hamilton watches for the last few months. Have seen many on line that I liked, but I wanted to see them in person before making a buying decision.About a month ago I took the 54 mile drive to my nearest Hamilton A.D. and viewed the 6 watches they had in stock. None of them appealed to me.With the nice weather we had today in western NY. I decided to make the 103 mile trip to my second closest Hamilton A.D.. (Pay dirt.) They had almost every model that I have been viewing on the web. Seeing them in person I was able to eliminate 2 of the models I thought I wanted, but added 2 models to my wish list I wasn't even considering.I walked out of the store with a Khaki King Scuba Automatic. Hi, looking for a bit of advice!Just became proud owner of roo diver, bought 2nd hand from chrono 24. It comes with both boxes and 2 booklets, I'm concerned about the booklets, instruction for use is for calibre 2326/2840 not 3210 and the warranty and authentication booklet has no reference in it relating to my watch, is this normal? What paper work should come with the watch?Many thanks in advance!!!!

Where to source genuine Rolex GMT Master II bezel inserts for 16710
Hi All, I have a 2002 all-black GMT Master II (as pictured). I have recently gotten into diving and would like to a new ceramic Sea Dweller 4000 for vacation and diving duty but thought that it would look too similar to my GMT II. I looked at a few other options including the Omega Planet Ocean Deep Black, Tudor Pelagos or Black Bay, but I still keep coming back to the Sea Dweller 4000 as the perfect diving watch and one that will hold its value. So, I thought that if I could get a Pepsi and/or Coke bezel insert that I could swap out relatively easily, I could pull off the Sea Dweller in the collection. I have seen a few threads here where people have done this fairly easily (at least with a little care and practice). Is there a fairly common place to source these genuine bezel inserts? I see a lot of replicas out on the net but only want genuine parts. I have seen a few threads suggesting that Rolex won't swap out bezel inserts but would they sell you a bezel insert? Any advice w
