Zenith 075D769 wrist watches news:
If anyone has one, please let me know. I would also be interested in a parts watch with a good canion pinion. And a question: Will a canion pinion from a 340 fit the 343?Thanks in advance...Jim
I'm off tomorrow for my annual pilgrimage to Southampton for the Historical Road Rally. This got me to thinking about the appropriate watch to wear. The car I'll be navigating is a 1947 MGTC. My Clinton would be the right vintage. However, with its plastic crystal I fear it would not be the most durable watch if I knock it a little. My Khaki Chrono does have the rugged looks to go with the car. Plus it has the added benefit of providing me with a spare stop watch. My actual timing work is done with two digital stop watches hung about my neck.Do you have any favorite car & watch combinations? Hamilton used to produce driver's watches. Does anybody have one in their colection?
You guys are contagious! Ive done caught the disease. You guys talked me into it. I bought an Orange Monster Seiko SKX781 to replace the lost 6309 7290 (I mistakenly reported it was a 7002 earlier) even though Im a little leary of the size increase. I appreciate everyone who helped in that decision. So far I have a new Casio Atomic WVQ140BA-5B that was entirely to cheap to pass up coming. An "almost perfect" preloved SKX781 Orange Monster with three different straps coming (hint: For best results on ebay dont list it as just "Orange Seiko Dive Watch" ).A new Seiko SNT003 Masterpiece Jump Day Retrograde which you will have to Google since I cant find a site that would be okay to link to.And am working on a 4th that I dont want to jinx buy naming it. I will edit to update.EDIT:Just won the Seiko SGEE27. Going to be nice to have a Sapphire Crystal. You guys are going to end up costing me lots of money I can see already!
Hello, I'm knew to the forum. I recently bought a PO 45mm with a bracelet. I would like to put the black band with orange stitching and deployant clasp on it. I checked out some prices, and to get both of them I could be looking at close to $800.00. Do any of you know where I can get a authentic omega deployant clasp, new or like new? Any info is appreciated.
Hi Guys,I would like to purchase a new 5712R but I'm not sure of the best place to source the watch at the best price?Happy to travel to collect it and would intend to pay via bank transfer. Is there a waiting list on this model at the moment? I've tried looking at local Patek ADs in the UK and I can't find this model in stock. This may be their lack of focus on Patek or perhaps because they are difficult to find.Just looking for the help on the experts on this forum to help me find the best way forward :)Thanks very much for reading!James
