I feel as though I have a duty to tell people about less well-known brands that offer meritorious watches. Paul Picot is one of those brands that most of you have probably not heard of, but can appreciate the looks of their flagship men's watch, the C-Type.A watch that uses this many squares ought to get a prize. I hesitated, but opted not to picture the square (tank) face version of the watch as that might be considered to be overkill (actually, I will go ahead and throw the picture on here). Instead, you can appreciate the geometry in this watch easily with a round face, but otherwise abundantly placed square elements.The watch is actually a well finished diving watch with a lot going for it. Yard Sale Find
Stopped by an inside yard sale (HUH??) and found these two watches. Don't know if they're worth anything, but for $3.00 for both (!), I figured I had nothing to lose.One is a (What I presume to be) mens Bulova. The dial is damaged, but the blue hands are iintriguing. It runs fast, gaining about 4 minutes in an hour. I like the look of this watch.The other one is a ladies Gruen Precision and this one keep very good time, having only gained a minute since I set it nearly 24 hours ago. My wife likes this one. However, the band is very small and won't even fit over my wrist. Don't know if they even makes bands for this type of watch anymre.Anyone know the year/era these are from? I assume the Bulova is from @ the 1930's, no?

Difference between 5726A and 5726/1A
Hi, just wondering what else is different between these two besides bracelet/strap?I saw the movement pictures on 5726A(strap version), it shows 324/303, and on 5726/1A(bracelet version), it shows 324. I thought the movement inside these two are the same.Thanks.
